No Man's LAN 2012 Sponsors!

About Us

The Information Technology Club (aka the ITC) is the resident and long-standing IT, Networking and Gaming club at Ontario's Southernmost College, St. Clair College. However, just because we're a Networking club doesn't mean we don't accept members from non-networking areas. Everyone has something to offer; whether it's an enthusiasm to learn, or just a curiousity for what we do.

We work closely with the Studnet Representative Council and local partners (here's looking at you PC Outfitters!) to bring quality, educational, and most importantly fun, events to the people of Windsor and Essex County. Our flagship event is No Man's LAN, which is held in early March every year. But that's not all! We also partner with the College's Networking Skills Competition, bring in guest speakers, and occasionally leave the college for Tech events in the city.

At the moment we are heavily focused on No Man's LAN 2012, but we also have plans in the works for Software Workshops and an ITC run Service Desk to better help the students of St. Clair College.

About No Man's LAN

The first No Man's LAN was held in 2006 by Jeff Cartier, then President of the ITC. Since that time attendance at No Man's has practically doubled every year. On the event's 5th anniversary in 2010, we hit our venue capacity at near 200 participants and have been holding steady ever since.

We've been sponsored by some amazing companies and organizations over the years, a great deal of which return on a regular basis. Some of these include PC Outfitters, Orange PC, Cooler Master, Nvidia, AMD, Sapphire, Thermaltake, Logitech, Gigabyte, CPU Magazine, OCZ Technology, SilverStone Tek, Alienware, Patriot, Futuremark, Enermax, Pop Cap Games, G8 Brand, Cyber Snipa, and Futureshop. Thank you to all our previous sponsors and any more to come!

The No Man's LAN network is built in house by our networking technicians, and has gotten progressively more advanced as time goes on. Each year we hope to surpass the previous in quality of service and overall reliability of the network as a whole. It's no DreamHack, but we're proud of it all the same.
